RB-CHAR-001 / CHARACTERS
MARA-01
Courier. Salvager. Occasional thief.
EXISTING RECORD
The Characters page describes a masked figure with an oversized scarf and equipment carrying more history than she is willing to share. World places a passing courier beside a small creature that turns its ears toward a distant hum. These are the existing descriptions; her origins and affiliations remain unrecorded.

PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
Proposed scene: a delivery beneath the railway becomes an opportunity to salvage a discarded component. Mara has to choose whether to finish the route or follow the sound beside her. This is a story seed, not a confirmed event.
OPEN QUESTIONS
Is the courier in World definitely Mara? Confirm whether Signal Bunny regularly accompanies her, and whether Blade Type 7 belongs to her. No ownership or faction membership is assigned here.
