ROBOBOP is an ongoing visual world by Robert Scholten, bringing together drawing, painting, characters, strange cities and speculative storytelling.

The world grows through making. A drawing suggests a character. A character needs somewhere to go. The places fill with machines, animals, spirits and traces of other lives.
Rough marks and imperfect surfaces belong here. They give the world the feeling of something handled, repaired and passed along.
