PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
Proposed direction: let Nilo be the visitor’s point of entry—a character who notices what others walk past. A first illustrated sequence could follow Nilo beneath the railway, stopping at a workshop and listening to a sound that seems to come from further away.
OPEN QUESTIONS
Confirm Nilo’s appearance, pronouns, temperament and role. Is Nilo a resident, traveller, machine or something else? The proposed file code follows Mara-01’s existing RB-CHAR-001; it is not a claim that Nilo is chronologically second.
